Installation & Maintenance

Experience seamless installation with Quooker's expert engineers! Reach out to us for a quote on applicable charges. Installation typically takes 2-3 weeks, so plan ahead by allowing at least 3 weeks between payment and your desired installation date.

In areas with hard water, limescale buildup will occur in the tank. Simplify maintenance by scheduling a Quooker engineer for a thorough service and descaling. Alternatively, invest in a Scale Control R system to prevent limescale buildup, available separately. Just replace the Scale Control R cartridge every 18-24 months for optimal performance. A digital screen that calculates hardness against the flow, and an audible alarm will signal when filters need changing.

Warranty

All Quooker products come with a two year warranty. This covers all manufacturing and material defects for two years after the installation date.
